Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://malvernmobilemechanics.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Malvern Mobile Mechanics reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, Malvern Mobile Mechanics markets and arranges Oil Change, Brake Repair, Engine Repair, Spark Plug Replacement, Suspension Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://malvernmobilemechanics.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Malvern Mobile Mechanics or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Malvern Mobile Mechanics may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
Warranty Disclaimer. Malvern Mobile Mechanics makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will Malvern Mobile Mechanics's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Malvern Mobile Mechanics from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. PA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in PA.
